How to set up a Home base that pays for your nomad lifestyle

Accommodation is a big expense for nomads. For those who want to sustain the lifestyle, living out of hotel rooms & airbnbs can also be draining over the long term. At some point most nomads will set up a home base. I’ll share my insights of how to do this in a way that doesn’t restrict your freedom as a nomad, but instead gives you an extra source of income. The presentation draws on some of my experiences doing exactly that over the last 18 years as a nomad including such things as: Rental arbitrage, airbnb apartments, coliving and some insights on interesting new collaborative projects.
