How to chose a homebase?

After nomading for almost 6 years, living in 20+ countries/places, and hitting 40 years old in the process, I feel it’s time to settle down somewhere, or at least find a home base to return to. This session will detail my thought process on how anyone can reason about selecting a place to call home.
